I got Grey this magnetic drawing pad for our road trip. It would have been worth 100x more than we spent on it. He LOVES it. Here we see his first recognizable drawing. It is a face, just ask him. He’ll point out the eye, “hea” and “moww”.
I don’t know if his language is getting better or if I’m getting better at understanding it. For instance, he calls Mony “Doo-dee”. Doo-dee does not sound like “Mony”, but when we are all in a room together and he says, “Hi Nina. Hi Mommy. Hi ob. Hi Doo-dee.” or if the bus pulls up in front of our house he yells, “Doo-dee home!” I put the pieces together and discovered that he talks about Mony all the time. It’s really cute…for now.
